Amazon Tour with MV Arctic Sunrise in and around Porto de Moz in support of ongoing Brazilian Federal Government investigations into illegal logging operations and a community-led movement to create the protected reserve Verde para Sempre (Forever Green). Footage includes views of areas devastated by deforestation and land clearance by fire, visits to local communities, illegal logging operations, disrupted protests at Porto de Moz and a demonstration against Greenpeace by 300 local loggers in more than a dozen boats and barges who converged on the MV Arctic Sunrise in a mid-river stand-off in the Amazon.
